How often do I need to wash my Unbound Merino clothing?

Thanks to the natural antimicrobial properties of Merino wool, our garments can be worn for weeks without washing. Simply air them out between wears, and they will remain odor-free and fresh.

Will Merino wool make me feel itchy?

Not at all. We use ultra-fine 17.5-micron fibers which are much thinner than traditional wool. This ensures a silky-smooth feel against the skin that is comfortable even for those with sensitive skin.

How should I care for my garments to ensure they last?

We recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with a wool-safe detergent. To maintain the shape and integrity of the fibers, always lay flat to dry and never use a tumble dryer.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 90-day return policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unwashed and unworn items within 90 days of delivery.
